Symptoms
Emergency stop interface fault. The emergency stop circuit is not functioning correctly.
Possible Causes
- Emergency stop button stuck or wiring broken
- Emergency stop relay failure
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the emergency stop circuit continuity
Circuit is open due to stuck button or broken wire - Step 2: Repair or replace the faulty component
Circuit is complete after repair
How to Reset
To reset: Fix the emergency stop circuit, then reset the controller.
