Possible Causes
- Brake chopper IGBT failure
- Brake resistor open circuit
- Chopper control circuit fault
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check brake resistor
Resistor within rated value - Step 2: Inspect brake chopper IGBT
IGBT not shorted - Step 3: Verify chopper control circuit
Control signal present
How to Reset
Reset via control panel after chopper repair.
