Symptoms
The flame detection system has lost the flame signal during operation. The gas valve has closed for safety.
Possible Causes
- Flame sensor rod contaminated or corroded
- Flame sensor wiring loose or damaged
- Flame rectification signal too weak

- Step 1: Clean flame sensor rod with fine abrasive cloth
