- Step 1: Check the System Management Console (SMC) for detailed error messages and logs
Identify the specific error source and component - Step 2: Verify network connectivity between Galaxy nodes and the Galaxy Repository
All nodes can communicate with the Galaxy Repository - Step 3: Check Windows Event Viewer for application and system errors
No critical errors related to InTouch or System Platform - Step 4: Verify that the ArchestrA Message Broker (SMBC) service is running
SMBC service status is Running - Step 5: Restart the affected component or redeploy the Galaxy object
Component restarts successfully and resumes normal operation - Step 6: If the error persists, contact AVEVA/Wonderware technical support

How to Reset
