Symptoms
No motor data has been entered in parameter group 99. The drive cannot control the motor without knowing its characteristics.
Possible Causes
- Motor parameters have never been set (factory default state)
- Parameters were cleared during a factory reset and not re-entered
- EEPROM corruption cleared motor parameters
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Enter all motor nameplate data in parameters 99.04 through 99.09
All motor parameters are entered correctly - Step 2: Run the motor identification (ID Run) to optimize motor control
ID Run completes without errors
How to Reset
To reset: Enter motor data in group 99. The warning clears automatically.
