Symptoms
The battery voltage is too low. The battery may be deeply discharged or has failed.
Possible Causes
- Battery deeply discharged from extended outage
- Battery failed and cannot hold charge
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the battery voltage with a multimeter
Voltage is below the minimum threshold - Step 2: Recharge the battery or replace if it cannot recover
Battery recovers or is replaced
How to Reset
To reset: Recharge or replace the battery, then restart the UPS.
