Symptoms
The UPS has switched to battery power. The on-battery alarm is active and the audible alarm sounds.
Possible Causes
- Input power lost or outside acceptable voltage or frequency range
- Input circuit breaker tripped
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the input power source and circuit breaker
Power source is restored or breaker is reset - Step 2: Verify the UPS transfers back to normal mode
UPS returns to online operation
How to Reset
To reset: Restore input power and the UPS will automatically transfer back to online mode.
