Symptoms
The IndraDrive reports an encoder signal abnormality. The encoder feedback signal shows noise, missing pulses, or incorrect pattern.
Possible Causes
- Encoder signal cable routing near high-power lines picking up noise
- Encoder cable shielding broken or improperly grounded
- Encoder resolution or output type mismatch with drive configuration
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the encoder cable routing away from motor power cables

How to Reset
