Symptoms
Shutdown - Underfrequency. The generator output frequency has dropped below the critical shutdown threshold.
Possible Causes
- Engine overload causing severe speed drop
- Governor failure or fuel starvation
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the engine load and fuel supply
Engine is overloaded or fuel-starved - Step 2: Reduce the load or fix the fuel system
Frequency is restored to normal
How to Reset
To reset: Fix the overload or fuel issue, then reset the controller.
