Symptoms
The welding system reports low cooling water flow. The torch cooling system water flow is below the minimum.
Possible Causes
- Cooling water pump failure
- Cooling line blocked or kinked
- Coolant level in the reservoir low
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the cooling pump operation
Pump runs and delivers flow - Step 2: Inspect cooling lines for kinks or blockage
Lines are clear and free-flowing - Step 3: Verify the coolant level
Level is above the minimum mark
How to Reset
To reset: Restore cooling water flow, then clear the fault.
