Symptoms
The printing press reports the delivery stacker is full. The delivery pile has reached the maximum height.
Possible Causes
- Delivery pile not removed in time by the operator
- Pile height sensor miscalibrated
- Automatic pile lowering speed too slow
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Remove the completed delivery pile from the stacker
Stacker is clear for continued production - Step 2: Verify the pile height sensor calibration
Sensor triggers at the correct pile height - Step 3: Check the automatic pile lowering function
Pile lowers smoothly at the correct rate
How to Reset
To reset: Remove the pile and clear the alarm, then resume production.
