Symptoms
The printing press reports low air compressor pressure. The compressed air supply pressure is below the minimum threshold.
Possible Causes
- Air compressor capacity insufficient
- Air line leak or restriction
- Air filter clogged
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the main air supply pressure at the press inlet
Pressure meets minimum 6 bar - Step 2: Inspect air lines and fittings for leaks
No leaks detected - Step 3: Clean or replace the air filter
Filter is clean and flow is unrestricted
How to Reset
To reset: Restore adequate air pressure, then clear the alarm.
