Symptoms
The SK reports a safety function activation. The safety circuit was triggered, removing motor torque and halting the drive.

- Safety input signal activated by an external safety relay or E-stop
- Safety relay wiring fault causing false trigger

- Step 1: Check the safety input wiring and verify the safety relay status
