Symptoms
The weaving machine reports a heald frame motion anomaly. The heald or harness frame is not moving correctly.
Possible Causes
- Heald frame drive mechanism binding or jammed
- Heald frame guide worn or damaged
- Drive motor or encoder fault
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Inspect the heald frame drive mechanism
Mechanism moves without binding - Step 2: Check the frame guides for wear
Guides are within tolerance - Step 3: Test the drive motor and encoder

How to Reset
To reset: Repair the heald frame system, then clear the alarm.
