Symptoms
The discharge temperature sensor reports a fault. The controller cannot monitor discharge temperature.
Possible Causes
- Discharge temperature sensor element failure
- Sensor wiring short or open circuit
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the sensor wiring and resistance value
Wiring is damaged or resistance is abnormal - Step 2: Replace the discharge temperature sensor
New sensor reads correctly
How to Reset
To reset: Replace the faulty sensor and power-cycle the controller.
