Symptoms
DC bus voltage exceeded the overvoltage trip level. Legacy format equivalent to fault 3210 in newer models.
Possible Causes
- Regen energy too high
- No braking resistor
- Input voltage too high
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Install or check braking resistor
Resistor is properly sized and connected - Step 2: Increase deceleration time
No overvoltage with longer decel time - Step 3: Check input voltage
Voltage is within rated range
How to Reset
To reset: Press RESET after resolving the overvoltage condition.
