Symptoms
The packaging machine reports low air supply pressure. The compressed air pressure is below the minimum operating threshold.
Possible Causes
- Shop air compressor capacity insufficient
- Air line leak or restriction
- Air filter regulator clogged
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check main air supply pressure at the machine inlet
Pressure meets minimum 6 bar requirement - Step 2: Inspect air lines and fittings for leaks
No leaks found in the supply system - Step 3: Clean or replace the air filter regulator
Filter is clean and regulator delivers correct pressure
How to Reset
To reset: Restore adequate air pressure, then clear the alarm.
