Symptoms
The packaging machine reports a vacuum pressure anomaly. The vacuum level is outside the normal operating range.
Possible Causes
- Vacuum pump performance degraded
- Vacuum line leak or filter clogged
- Vacuum sensor calibration drift
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check vacuum pump operation and performance
Pump achieves the required vacuum level - Step 2: Inspect vacuum lines and connections for leaks
No leaks detected in vacuum circuit - Step 3: Verify vacuum sensor calibration against a reference

How to Reset
To reset: Restore correct vacuum level, then clear the alarm on the HMI.
