Symptoms
The packaging machine reports a speed limit exceeded. The machine speed has exceeded the maximum safe operating range.
Possible Causes
- Speed reference signal spike or controller malfunction
- Inverter parameter setting incorrect
- Load suddenly reduced causing motor to overspeed
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the speed reference signal for stability

How to Reset
To reset: Restore normal speed, then reset the drive controller.
