Symptoms
High stage pressure fault. The high stage pressure in a two-stage system is abnormal.
Possible Causes
- High stage refrigerant pressure too high
- High stage pressure switch or sensor faulty
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the high stage pressure with gauges
Pressure is above the normal range - Step 2: Inspect the high stage pressure switch
Switch is faulty or misaligned
How to Reset
To reset: Fix the pressure or switch issue, then reset the controller.
