Symptoms
The injection molding machine reports a screw position deviation. The actual screw position deviates from the commanded position beyond tolerance.
Possible Causes
- Screw position encoder feedback loss
- Mechanical binding in the injection unit
- Check ring valve stuck preventing screw movement
