Symptoms
The Festo CPX terminal reports fault code 145 indicating a built-in self-test failure. During the module's periodic self-test, an internal fault was detected. This is a critical internal fault indicating the module's safety integrity is compromised. All output channels are passivated immediately.

- Safety comparator circuit failure between dual processors
