Symptoms
The valve terminal reports high oil content in the air supply. The air supply contains excessive lubricant.
Possible Causes
- Lubricator setting too high
- Oil mist separator saturated
- Compressor oil carry-over into the air system
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check and adjust the lubricator setting
Oil output is at the correct level - Step 2: Inspect and replace the oil mist separator
Separator is clean and effective - Step 3: Verify compressor oil carry-over is within limits

How to Reset
To reset: Correct the air quality issue, then clear the alarm.
