Symptoms
The valve terminal reports a tube vibration anomaly. Pneumatic tubing shows excessive vibration during operation.
Possible Causes
- Tube unsupported along a long run
- Pressure pulsation from the compressor
- Tube diameter too small for the flow rate
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check tube support brackets and add if needed
Tube is adequately supported - Step 2: Verify supply pressure is stable
Pressure is steady without pulsation - Step 3: Confirm tube diameter meets the flow requirement
Diameter is appropriate for the flow
How to Reset
To reset: Secure and support the tubing, then clear the alarm.
