Symptoms
The valve terminal reports a position feedback loss. A position sensor on a cylinder is not returning signal.
Possible Causes
- Sensor cable damaged or connector loose
- Magnet in the piston degraded
- Sensor element electronic failure
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the sensor cable and connector
Cable is intact and connector is secure - Step 2: Test the piston magnet strength
Magnet actuates the sensor reliably - Step 3: Replace the faulty sensor
New sensor provides reliable position feedback
How to Reset
To reset: Restore position feedback, then clear the alarm.
