Symptoms
The valve terminal reports a safety circuit open. The safety interlock circuit is interrupted.
Possible Causes
- Safety interlock device activated
- Safety circuit wiring damaged or disconnected
- Safety relay fault
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check all safety devices for normal state
All interlocks are in normal position - Step 2: Verify safety circuit wiring continuity
Circuit is complete and intact - Step 3: Test the safety relay operation
Relay cycles correctly
How to Reset
To reset: Clear safety device activations, then reset the safety circuit.
