Haitian Injection Molding Machine
Symptoms
The Haitian injection molding machine displays alarm HT006, indicating hydraulic oil temperature too high. The hydraulic oil has exceeded the maximum operating temperature, risking seal damage and hydraulic instability.
Possible Causes
- Hydraulic oil cooler is blocked or the cooling fan has failed, reducing heat dissipation
- Hydraulic system is running at excessive pressure or flow for the current cycle, generating excess heat
- Hydraulic oil is degraded or the oil level is low, reducing the oil's thermal capacity and cooling effectiveness
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the hydraulic oil cooler fins for blockage and the cooling fan operation
Cooler fins are clean and the fan runs at full speed when the oil temperature exceeds 50C - Step 2: Review the hydraulic pressure and flow settings against the cycle requirements
Pressure and flow settings are at the minimum required for the cycle, with no excessive margins - Step 3: Check the hydraulic oil level and condition, including viscosity and contamination
Oil is at the correct level and is clean and within the viscosity specification for the system
How to Reset
To reset: 1) Clean the oil cooler and replace the fan if failed. 2) Reduce pressure and flow to minimum required. 3) Replace degraded or low oil. 4) Press RESET. 5) Verify oil temperature stays below 60C during continuous cycling.
