Symptoms
The fiber laser reports a power supply module fault. The laser power supply is not operating correctly.
Possible Causes
- Power supply module failure
- Input voltage outside the rated range
- Internal fuse or protection circuit activated
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the power supply output voltage
Voltage is at the rated value - Step 2: Verify the input voltage range
Voltage is within the rated range - Step 3: Inspect internal fuses and protection circuits
Fuses are good and circuits are reset
How to Reset
To reset: Repair the power supply module, then clear the alarm.
