Symptoms
The fiber laser reports a collimator anomaly. The beam collimation optics are misaligned or damaged.
Possible Causes
- Collimator lens shifted from vibration or impact
- Lens coating degraded from contamination
- Collimator mount loose or damaged

- Step 1: Inspect the collimator lens alignment
Lens is correctly aligned - Step 2: Check the lens coating for damage
Coating is intact - Step 3: Verify the collimator mount tightness
Mount is secure
How to Reset
To reset: Repair or realign the collimator, then clear the alarm.
