Symptoms
The lubrication system reports no circulation. The system is not circulating oil despite the pump running.
Possible Causes
- System valve in the wrong position
- Line completely blocked
- Pump not producing output despite running
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Verify all system valves are in correct position
Valves are set for normal circulation - Step 2: Check for complete line blockage
Lines are clear - Step 3: Test the pump output
Pump delivers oil at the rated flow
How to Reset
To reset: Restore oil circulation, then clear the alarm.
