Machine control setting data incorrect. Speed restriction value over. The machine does not start. Error code 1FE0H with details code 00F3H.

Possible Causes

  • The speed of command speed x override ratio is outside the range of 0 to speed limit value. Or override ratio exceeds 1000[x0.1%] under joint interpolation speed restriction.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Correct the command speed or override ratio so the speed is within the range. Set the override ratio within 0 to 1000[x0.1%] under joint interpolation speed restriction.

How to Reset

Reset using [Rq.2240] Machine error reset command (M43616+32m) or Error reset (SM50). Clear the root cause before resetting.
