Symptoms
The control power supply voltage has dropped below the minimum rated voltage. The servo drive cannot maintain normal operation and triggers a protection alarm.

- Control power supply voltage dropped below the rated minimum (typically 200V AC for 200V class or 400V AC for 400V class)
- Power supply wiring has loose connections or damaged cables

Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Measure the control power supply voltage at the drive terminals using a multimeter
