Symptoms
The main power supply voltage has dropped below the undervoltage detection level. The drive cannot maintain motor control and triggers protection.
Possible Causes
- Main power supply voltage dropped below the minimum threshold
- Momentary power interruption or voltage sag
- Power supply wiring or contactor fault
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Measure the main power supply voltage at the drive input terminals
Voltage is within the rated range - Step 2: Check for loose wiring or faulty contactors in the power supply path
All connections are secure and contactors operate correctly - Step 3: If voltage sags are frequent, install a voltage stabilizer or UPS
Voltage remains stable during operation
How to Reset
To reset: 1) Restore the main power voltage to normal. 2) Cycle power OFF then ON. 3) Re-enable the servo.
