Symptoms
The weaving machine reports a lubrication system fault. The automatic lubrication system is not functioning.
Possible Causes
- Lubrication pump failure or blockage
- Lubricant supply depleted
- Distribution line or fitting clogged
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the lubrication pump operation
Pump runs and delivers lubricant - Step 2: Verify the lubricant reservoir level
Reservoir is full - Step 3: Inspect distribution lines for blockage
Lines are clear and deliver lubricant
How to Reset
To reset: Repair the lubrication system, then clear the alarm.
