Troubleshooting Steps

    Voltage should be 20.4-28.8V DC; if below 19.2V, investigate the supply
  2. Step 2: Measure the voltage at the power supply output terminals
    If the supply reads 24V but the HMI reads low, check the wiring for voltage drop
  3. Step 3: Inspect all power wiring connections for tightness and corrosion
