Symptoms
The pneumatic system reports low air supply pressure. The compressed air pressure is below the minimum operating threshold.
Possible Causes
- Air compressor capacity insufficient or offline
- Air line leak or restriction in the distribution system
- Air filter regulator clogged or misadjusted
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the main air supply pressure at the system inlet
Pressure meets the minimum 5 bar requirement - Step 2: Inspect air lines and fittings for leaks
No leaks detected - Step 3: Clean or replace the air filter regulator
Filter is clean and regulator delivers correct pressure
How to Reset
To reset: Restore adequate air pressure, then clear the alarm.
