Symptoms
The pneumatic system reports a booster regulator fault. The boost pressure regulator is not maintaining output pressure.
Possible Causes
- Booster valve seat worn causing pressure bleed
- Pilot air supply insufficient
- Internal seal degradation
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Test the booster output pressure against the setpoint
Output pressure is maintained at setpoint - Step 2: Verify the pilot air supply pressure
Pilot pressure meets the minimum requirement - Step 3: Inspect and replace internal seals
Seals are intact and functional
How to Reset
To reset: Repair the booster regulator, then clear the alarm.
