Symptoms

The pneumatic system reports a booster regulator fault. The boost pressure regulator is not maintaining output pressure.

Possible Causes

  • Booster valve seat worn causing pressure bleed
  • Pilot air supply insufficient
  • Internal seal degradation

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Test the booster output pressure against the setpoint
Output pressure is maintained at setpoint
  2. Step 2: Verify the pilot air supply pressure
Pilot pressure meets the minimum requirement
  3. Step 3: Inspect and replace internal seals
    Seals are intact and functional

How to Reset

To reset: Repair the booster regulator, then clear the alarm.
