Symptoms

The pneumatic system reports a tubing rupture. An air line or tube has burst or developed a leak.

Possible Causes

  • Tube degraded from UV or chemical exposure
  • Tube chafed against a sharp edge or fitting
  • Excessive pressure exceeding the tube rating

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Inspect the tubing for visible damage or cracks
    Damaged section is identified
  2. Step 2: Verify the operating pressure is within the tube rating
    Pressure is within the rated value
  3. Step 3: Replace the damaged tube and route to prevent chafing
    New tube is secure and protected

How to Reset

To reset: Replace the damaged tubing, then clear the alarm.
