Symptoms
The pneumatic system reports a filter clogged alarm. The pressure drop across the air filter exceeds the service threshold.
Possible Causes
- Filter element saturated with water and oil
- Extended service interval exceeding filter life
- Poor inlet air quality overwhelming the filter
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Measure pressure drop across the filter
Drop exceeds the replacement threshold - Step 2: Replace the filter element with the correct part

How to Reset
To reset: Replace the filter element, then clear the alarm.
