Symptoms
The pneumatic system reports a flow control valve clogged. A speed control or throttle valve is restricted.
Possible Causes
- Contamination in the air line blocking the throttle
- Lubricant varnish buildup in the valve
- Incorrect valve size for the application
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Disassemble and inspect the flow control valve
Blockage is found and removed - Step 2: Clean the valve with approved solvent
Valve is clean and flow is restored - Step 3: Verify the valve size is appropriate

How to Reset
To reset: Clean or replace the flow control valve, then clear the alarm.
