Symptoms
The laser beam is not aligned with the cutting nozzle center. The cut shows a characteristic angle or dross on one side, and nozzle life is shortened.

Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Perform a beam alignment test using a thermal paper or acrylic test block
The burn pattern should be concentric and centered on the nozzle bore - Step 2: If the beam is off-center, adjust the cutting head mirror alignment
