Symptoms
The crane reports a low control voltage. The control circuit voltage is below the minimum operating level.
Possible Causes
- Control transformer or power supply failure
- Control circuit overload from too many devices
- Loose or corroded wiring connection
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the control transformer output voltage
Voltage is at the rated value - Step 2: Verify the control circuit load is within capacity
Load is within the transformer rating - Step 3: Inspect and tighten all control wiring connections
Connections are tight and corrosion-free
How to Reset
To reset: Restore control voltage to specification, then clear the alarm.
