Symptoms
The dryer displays error E011, indicating the lint filter needs cleaning. Excessive lint accumulation on the filter is restricting airflow, reducing drying efficiency and triggering the filter warning.
Possible Causes
- Lint filter not cleaned after multiple drying cycles
- Fine lint particles bypassing the filter and coating the sensor
- User installed a third-party filter that does not seal properly
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Remove the lint filter and clean thoroughly with warm soapy water
Filter mesh is fully clean and water flows freely through all openings - Step 2: Check the filter housing for lint buildup behind the filter
Housing is clear and the filter seats fully into its slot - Step 3: Inspect the filter for tears or warping that allow lint bypass
Filter is undamaged and flat, with no gaps when installed
How to Reset
To reset: 1) Clean the lint filter thoroughly and reinstall. 2) Wipe the filter sensor area. 3) Press and hold the FILTER button for 3 seconds to clear the warning.
