Electrolux Dryer
Symptoms
The dryer displays error E013, indicating the condensate tank is full. The water collection container has reached capacity and must be emptied before the dryer can resume operation.
Possible Causes
- User has not emptied the condensate tank for multiple cycles
- Tank sensor float stuck due to limescale or debris
- Condensate pump not transferring water to the tank properly
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Remove the condensate tank and empty completely
Tank is emptied and reinserted fully into its slot - Step 2: Check the tank float sensor for free movement and scale buildup
Float moves freely up and down and is clean of deposits - Step 3: If pump-equipped, verify the pump is transferring water to the tank
Pump activates and fills the tank during a test cycle
How to Reset
To reset: 1) Empty the condensate tank completely. 2) Clean the float sensor if stuck. 3) Reinsert the tank firmly and press START.
