Symptoms

The valve terminal reports a pressure sensor drift. The pressure sensor reading has drifted from the calibrated value.

Possible Causes

  • Sensor element aging causing calibration shift
  • Temperature variation affecting sensor accuracy
  • Sensor mounting stress causing mechanical drift

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Step 1: Compare the sensor reading against a calibrated gauge
    Drift is confirmed and quantified
  2. Step 2: Recalibrate the sensor to the reference
Reading matches the reference within tolerance
  3. Step 3: Verify sensor mounting is stress-free
Mounting does not induce mechanical stress

How to Reset

To reset: Recalibrate the pressure sensor, then clear the alarm.
