Haitian Injection Molding Machine
Symptoms
The Haitian injection molding machine displays alarm HT010, indicating safety door not closed. The safety door has not been detected as closed and locked, preventing the machine from starting or continuing the molding cycle.
Possible Causes
- Safety door is not fully closed due to an obstruction or a worn door latch mechanism
- Safety door interlock switch is damaged or misaligned, not detecting the door as closed
- Safety door interlock wiring is broken or the connector is loose, preventing the interlock signal from reaching the controller
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Verify the safety door is fully closed and the latch engages completely
Door closes fully and the latch engages with no gap or obstruction - Step 2: Inspect the interlock switch and the actuator key for damage or misalignment
Switch is intact and the key actuates it at the correct position when the door is closed - Step 3: Check the interlock wiring and connector for continuity and secure connection
Wiring is continuous and the connector is tight with no corrosion or damage
How to Reset
To reset: 1) Remove any obstruction and repair the door latch. 2) Replace the interlock switch. 3) Repair wiring and connectors. 4) Close the safety door. 5) Verify the machine starts the cycle when the door is closed and locked.
