Symptoms
The printing press reports a delivery blow air fault. The delivery blow air is not operating correctly.
Possible Causes
- Blow air nozzle blocked with debris
- Blow air pressure regulator set incorrectly
- Blow air solenoid valve failure

- Step 1: Inspect and clean the blow air nozzles
Nozzles are clear and deliver air evenly - Step 2: Verify the blow air pressure regulator setting
Pressure is set to specification - Step 3: Test the blow air solenoid valve operation
Valve opens and closes on command
How to Reset
To reset: Restore the delivery blow air system, then clear the alarm.
