Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Enter the GOT setup menu and execute the 25-point touch calibration routine.
All touch points align within 2 mm of the target crosshairs. - Step 2: Remove any aftermarket screen protector and retest with a bare finger.
Offset disappears and touch accuracy returns to normal. - Step 3: Compare the project screen size in GT Designer3 with the GOT model specifications.
Resolution matches exactly, e.g., 800x600 for GT2107-WTBD.
How to Reset
Recalibrate the touch panel, remove thick overlays, and ensure project resolution matches hardware.
