Symptoms
The main power supply has an open phase condition detected. One or more phases of the three-phase input are disconnected or have excessive voltage drop.
Possible Causes
- One phase of the three-phase power supply is disconnected
- Loose wiring on one or more input phases
- Faulty circuit breaker or contactor on one phase
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check all three-phase input voltage at the drive terminals L1, L2, L3
All three phases measure correct and balanced voltage - Step 2: Inspect wiring connections on all three phases for tightness
All connections are tight - Step 3: Test the circuit breaker and contactor for proper operation on all phases
All switching devices operate correctly on all phases
How to Reset
To reset: 1) Restore all three-phase power connections. 2) Cycle power OFF then ON. 3) Re-enable the servo.
