Symptoms
Motor operating under torque/current limit for extended time with actual speed below threshold P2175.
Possible Causes
- Load too heavy or mechanical jam
- Brake not released
- Torque/current limit set too low
- Motor shaft freely rotating at start (fly-start)
- Acceleration time too short
- Drive overheating
Troubleshooting Steps
- Check if load can rotate freely
- Verify motor brake opens during drive operation
- For vector control: check torque limits (r1538, r1539); for V/F: check P0640
- Activate flying restart function P1200
- Extend ramp acceleration time P1120
- Check for other alarms like overheating
- Re-optimize drive parameters
- Adjust P2175 and P2177 thresholds or suppress fault
How to Reset
Reset by: 1) Correct the fault condition. 2) Press RESET button or send reset command via communication. 3) Verify fault does not recur during operation.
